If you are not a citizen of the Czech Republic and wish to purchase a weapon from us for which you have a licence in your country, you will need to meet several requirements:
- Creating an order
The first step is to place an order through our e-shop.
Based on this order, we will issue a proforma invoice (PI).
- Payment and confirmation of the PI
PI is for 100% of the amount. The invoice must then be signed in the designated place.
Please send the signed invoice back to us by email.
- Prior consent to the transfer of a firearm
After receiving payment, we will ask you to provide Prior consent to transfer firearms or ammunition, issued by the police or officia authority in your country.
This document must be officially translated by a court translator in the Czech Republic.
Certified translation must be delivered to our shop either in person or by post.
- Processing of the export licence
Once we receive the required document, including the official translation, we will begin the process of obtaining an export licence. This licence costs CZK 500 (paid by the buyer).
The processing time is usually approximately 30–60 days.
- Completion of purchase
After receiving the export licence and a scan of the signed invoice, we will inform you that the purchase can be completed. We will then arrange a date for pick up your weapon.
We need to know the date of your arrival at the store at least 2 days in advance. We will also ask you for the following information by e-mail: type of car, registration number, border crossing you will be using, your telephone number, date of arrival and contact details of the driver.
Once these requirements have been met, you can take the weapon and register it with the relevant authority in accordance with the laws of your country.
Individual export, import or transit is only possible for weapons that are not military equipment, in accordance with Act No. 38/1994 Coll. on foreign trade in military equipment, as amended.
